Remote B2B Sales Representative, REMOTE
Alterland is a Swiss spatial computing company building photorealistic VR collaboration platforms, digital twins of physical assets, and AI-powered training avatars. Our clients are enterprises that need to work, train, and make decisions in 3D space, and they're serious about it.
We're looking for our first dedicated sales hire, someone who will own the commercial function from day one, work directly with the CEO, and help shape how Alterland goes to market across Europe and beyond.
This isn't a role for someone who needs a warm lead list and a script. It's a role for someone who gets genuinely excited about selling something technically sophisticated, finds complex enterprise buyers energising rather than intimidating, and wants to be the person who built the sales engine, not just ran it.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, tech, or complex consultative products
- Proven track record of independently managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close
- Comfortable selling to enterprise and mid-market buyers across multiple stakeholder levels (L&D, IT, Operations, C-suite)
- Strong written and spoken English — all client communication, demos, and internal work are in English
- Self-starter mentality: able to build and manage your own pipeline without a handed-to-you lead list
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales methodologies (SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar)
- Genuine interest in emerging technology — VR, AI, digital twins, or spatial computing
- Available for EU time zone working hours.
- A rare opportunity to be the first sales hire at a fast-moving Swiss spatial computing company — with direct access to the CEO and real influence over how the commercial function is built
- B2B contract with a competitive base retainer and an uncapped success fee tied directly to closed revenue — the better you sell, the better you earn, with no ceiling in sight
- A product portfolio that is genuinely hard to commoditise — photorealistic VR environments, production-grade digital twins, and AI-powered training avatars that clients can see, touch, and experience rather than just read about in a brochure
- Full remote flexibility — we measure output, not online status or hours logged
- A short decision chain: no six layers of approval, no waiting three weeks for someone to sign off on a proposal. You work directly with the founder
- A clear growth path — as Alterland scales, the first person who built the sales function is the natural first candidate to lead it
- Exposure to an international client base across Europe and beyond, with deals that span enterprise VR, infrastructure digitisation, and AI-driven training
- The chance to sell at the frontier — spatial computing is not a trend, it is the next layer of how enterprises work, and you will be one of the first people in the market to make that case professionally
