Remote Sales Development Representative SDR, REMOTE

• Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
• Location: Fully Remote (Preferably based in LATAM)
• Working Hours: 7-8 hours per day, Monday - Friday
• Salary: $3600 USD per month + commissions. The average full-time SDR earns$4500/month. Many in the $5000-$6500+/month range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls and cold emails to prospective clients
• Qualify leads and set up meetings for your clients sales team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the dashboard and/or CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and sales

Requirements:

• Native English speaker
• Experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on cold calling
• Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce
• Tech experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
• Preference for candidates based in or looking to relocate to LATAM
