Senior Mechatronics Engineer

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
• Strong experience in designing, integrating, and commissioning complex robotics or industrial automation systems
• Advanced knowledge of PLC and SCADA technologies, preferably Siemens; experience with Beckhoff or Allen Bradley is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with industrial robotic platforms such as Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, Universal Robots
• Practical expertise in electrical system design, control cabinets, and electrical engineering documentation using ePlan or AutoCAD Electrical
• Solid understanding of robotics principles, control systems, hardware/software architecture, safety engineering, and industrial standards
• Proficiency in English for customer-facing communication, workshops, and technical documentation
• Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective collaboration skills
• Experience with mechanical design in SolidWorks and AutoCAD (nice to have)
• Knowledge of C++ or Python development for embedded systems, including ARM-based platforms and RTOS environments (nice to have)
• Experience with PCB design, prototyping, electronics integration, and breadboarding (nice to have)

In this role, you will contribute to the design and delivery of robotics and automation solutions used in industrial and manufacturing environments. Working within SoftServe's Robotics Group, you will help develop robotic systems ranging from industrial robotic arms to autonomous platforms, combining software, controls, electrical engineering, and system integration expertise.
