Senior Project Manager, ŁÓDŹ GDYNIA GDAŃSK WARSZAWA

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in large-scale IT and/or banking projects 
  • Strong executive stakeholder management skills 
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery 
  • Exposure to Privileged Access Management or Privileged Management-related initiatives 
  • Practical knowledge of Jira 
  • Ability to prepare clear executive-level reports and decision materials 
  • Structured execution mindset with strong ownership and follow-through 
  • Very good communication, coordination, and risk management skills 
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) 

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in highly regulated financial or banking environments 
  • Previous experience acting as a deputy or right hand to a Lead Project Manager 
  • Understanding of DevOps delivery models 
  • Experience supporting change management and communication activities 
  • Familiarity with governance processes in complex enterprise organizations
