・Strong hands-on experience with Node.js / TypeScript
・Extensive experience designing and building real-time systems
・Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture
・Experience building low-latency and high-throughput applications
・Strong experience with AWS and cloud-based solutions
・Proven experience designing and operating large-scale production systems
・Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices and modern software delivery
・Ability to drive technical decisions and influence engineering direction
・Experience mentoring engineers and supporting technical growth within teams

Nice to have:

・Experience with Kafka, streaming platforms or event-driven architectures
・Strong background in performance optimization and system tuning
・Experience with Rust
・Experience designing highly scalable infrastructure and backend platforms
