  of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Consultant, BI Consultant, or
  similar role.
• Experience
  in IT, Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Cloud, LLM or Digital Transformation
  projects.
• Experience
  working with Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Working
  knowledge of SQL.
• Solid
  understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile delivery.
• Strong
  requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to
  lead workshops and facilitate discussions with business and technical teams.
• Strong
  analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent
  communication skills in both English and Polish.
