VAT Analyst

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of VAT compliance experience (multinational/shared service environment preferred).

  • Knowledge of European VAT regulations.

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.); SAP DRC, Vertex is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

  • Good communication skills and fluency in English (Polish or another European language is a plus).

For our client, a global leader in the manufacture of medical devices used in interventional specialties, we are looking for candidates for the position of VAT Analyst (K/M)


This role will be key in ensuring timely and accurate VAT compliance across multiple EMEA countries, while also supporting the implementation and testing of SAP DRC, our future VAT compliance technology.


You will collaborate with internal teams, external advisors, and tax authorities, gaining hands-on experience with VAT reporting processes in an international and dynamic environment.
