To succeed in this role you need to have:

  • Significant leadership experience in Tax Operations / Tax Reporting / Finance Operations within a complex, regulated environment (banking/financial services preferred).
  • Deep practical understanding of EU tax reporting obligations and operationalisation of tax requirements into controls and processes.
  • Proven track record leading teams through change, remediation and transformation.
  • Strong risk mindset: experience working with controls, audit, issue management and governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
  • Experience working across multi-country EU scopes and shared service / centre-of-excellence models - preferred
  • Exposure to process automation, data-led controls, workflow tooling, or target operating model design -preferred
  • Professional qualifications in tax/accounting/finance or equivalent experience - preferred

The pay range for this role is 20 241 PLN – 29 000 PLN (monthly, gross).
