The team acts as the operational backbone for the technology function, ensuring the workforce that powers these services is planned, managed, and evolved to meet business needs — operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and working closely with Operations Managers across multiple service lines.

    About you:

    • Solid understanding of the end-to-end workforce management lifecycle and recruitment processes
    • Experience managing workforce plans and running processes that support their accuracy
    • Strong analytical skills, including experience with data mining
    • Ability to identify and drive process improvements
    • Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized working style
    • Experience working within a global, virtual team environment
    • Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with critical internal and external stakeholders
    • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Understanding of a large organisation's strategy, structure, and processes
    • Awareness of the external environment — regulatory, political, competitor, and market factors
