Must-have skills:

Proven experience in coordinating technology, data or digital initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders
Strong ownership and the ability to move topics forward without waiting for detailed instructions
Demonstrated ability to influence and build alignment without relying on formal authority
Good organizational, analytical and prioritization skills
Ability to create clear presentations and turn information into practical recommendations
Confidence in working with numbers and project financial information
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Fluency in Polish and English

Additional assets:

Experience working with international partners or external suppliers
Understanding of IT product development, cloud, data, AI or MarTech solutions
Experience with business cases, budgets or investment proposals
Working knowledge of Jira and relevant Agile or project management practices
Relevant certifications, such as PMP, AgilePM, PSM, CSM or SAFe
