What are we looking for?

• Experience in a similar position or as a Shift Manager at McDonald's
• Polish language skills at a minimum level of C1
• Teamwork and people management skills
• Good work organization
• Positive attitude towards achieving tasks and sales goals
• Flexibility and openness to change
• Conscientiousness and commitment

What will you be doing?

• Manage the restaurant and coordinate the work of subordinate employees in accordance with applicable operating procedures.
• Lead a team of employees in all areas of the restaurant.
• Prepare reports and analyze data regarding the restaurant's operational activities.
• Oversee the training process for employees and managers.
• Deputize for the restaurant manager during his absence.
• Prepare products and serve guests - working hand in hand with the entire team.
