What will you be doing?

• Manage the operations of McDonald's restaurants in accordance with legal regulations, global and local guidelines, procedures, and brand standards to ensure the best possible experience for guests and employees
• Run the business in a way that maximizes sales and guest numbers, and increases profitability
• Take care of the team, their development, motivation, and atmosphere
• Prepare reports and ensure complete documentation
