Business Analyst IAM Governance
- 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of IAM topics
- Experience working on IAM Governance processes and frameworks
- Proven stakeholder management skills, including engaging with senior leadership
- Excellent organisational skills with experience coordinating meetings and tracking progress
- Proficiency in documentation development and process mapping
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) - essential
- Familiarity with JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), Recertification, and Application Onboarding processes
- Knowledge of IBM Security Access Manager is beneficial
- Proactive and critical thinking approach to problem-solving
- German language skills are advantageous but not essential
- Experience in change management within technology or security environments
