Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on business process design (not purely systems/technical analysis)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate business needs clearly for both business and technical stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable working with business colleagues, product owners, and project teams
Structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and process design
Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables with minimal process-team support
