- Sharp judgement, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think ahead.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
- Strong digital skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, calendars, spreadsheets, presentation tools, project-management platforms, and AI-powered productivity tools.
- A reliable, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach.
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion.
- The ability to work independently while remaining closely aligned with the CEO.
- Availability to work from the Warsaw office as part of a hybrid arrangement.

Executive Assistant - VeritaHR
VeritaHR is looking for a sharp, highly organised, and versatile Executive Assistant to work closely with our C-Level and support the smooth running of day-to-day business activities.
This is a dynamic, high-trust role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks several steps ahead, and can confidently manage multiple priorities at once. You will act as a key point of coordination, helping the C-Level stay focused, organised, and prepared while ensuring that important actions, communications, and projects move forward.
