IT Recruiter, WARSZAWA

Verita HR Polska is a human resources services provider. We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Warsaw.

If you have at least 3 years of recruitment experience and enjoy finding and engaging strong IT talent, we would like to talk to you.

What you will do

• Run end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles
• Partner with hiring managers and advise them on the market, the process and realistic expectations
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct search and your own network
• Interview candidates and manage the process from first contact through to offer
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles
• Keep the candidate experience consistent and professional at every stage

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in IT
• Strong sourcing and direct search skills
• Experience running the full recruitment lifecycle independently
• Confident communication with candidates and hiring managers
• English at B2/C1 or higher
• Experience with an ATS and with LinkedIn Recruiter
