Product Owner Business Analyst, REMOTE WROCŁAW
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Ability to translate business and legal requirements into clear, complete, and actionable functional requirements for development teams.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Lean.
- Experience managing a product backlog and defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Good knowledge of Polish labor law, particularly the Polish Labour Code.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and simplify complex business problems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and focused on delivering business value.
- English proficiency at a minimum of B1/B2 level.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with HR, Payroll, or ERP systems, particularly Unit4 Teta.
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system architecture.
- Experience analyzing legislative changes and translating them into system requirements.
- Experience working with enterprise ERP systems.
- Product Owner certification (e.g., Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, or SAFe).
You will join the team responsible for the development of Teta Unit4, one of the leading ERP/HR solutions on the Polish market. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining functional requirements, and managing the product backlog across HR & Payroll, Time & Attendance, Social Security (ZUS), and Tax modules. Working closely with developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and solution architects, you will have a direct impact on the product's roadmap, delivering solutions that meet the evolving needs of businesses and ensure compliance with Polish labor law.
