We are looking for a motivated Data Engineer with a
developing T-shaped profile. This is a role for someone with a solid foundation
in data engineering who is eager to apply their skills to solve tangible
business challenges, deliver data-driven insights, and contribute to innovative
AI applications.
You will join our growing community of 60+ data and AI
professionals across Copenhagen and Warsaw. While based in our Warsaw hub, your
role will focus on building and delivering critical data solutions for our
ambulance operations in Europe and the United States. You will work with
stakeholders across our operating countries — from operations and fleet
management to contract and performance teams — and be responsible for
translating their goals into tangible data solutions, from engineering
high-performance pipelines to contributing to the implementation of AI and the
creation of new applications for its use cases.
As a Data Engineer supporting ambulance operations, your
focus will be on designing, building, and maintaining the end-to-end data
pipelines and data models that answer critical business questions: how our
fleet and crews are deployed, how we perform against contract targets, and
where we can operate more efficiently and safely. Through expert data modeling
and robust pipeline development, you will unlock the potential for advanced
analytics and fuel the creation of next-generation AI applications.
A particular challenge — and opportunity — in this role is
bringing together data from different ambulance markets and turning it into
models that consolidate the information and make it available to drive
performance improvement.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your
technical expertise by applying your engineering skills to complex challenges
in a live, 24/7 operational environment, including hands-on involvement in our
strategic AI projects. You will see the direct impact of your data pipelines on
how we deliver emergency and patient transport services, and grow your skills
in a collaborative environment — learning from senior engineers and becoming a
well-rounded expert who bridges the gap between raw data and business value.
Building on your engineering foundation, you leverage modern tools like AI to
champion continuous improvement while developing your T-shaped skills by
learning more about the business context, analytics, and AI.
