Process Lead Knowledge Management
Your profile
- 6+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Content Governance, HR Services, or a related field, with a strong track record of managing content at a global scale.
- Platform expertise: Hands-on experience with knowledge management and HR platforms such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, or Workday, with the ability to partner with technology teams on system design and enhancements.
- Stakeholder management skills: Proven ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with senior leaders, global policy owners, and cross-functional teams across multiple markets and time zones.
- Change management capability: Experience supporting or leading HR change governance processes, with the ability to assess content impact, manage complexity, and keep global teams aligned and informed.
- Translation and localisation awareness: Familiarity with managing multilingual content and translation processes, including machine translation tools, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance across regions.
- Analytical mindset: Comfortable using data and insight to define KPIs, monitor performance, and provide transparent reporting on process health and quality outcomes.
- Strong communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content for a global audience.
- A collaborative, consultative approach: A natural connector who can bring together diverse stakeholder inputs, navigate ambiguity, and align people around shared goals.
